Night Skin
While you sleep, your skin fights damage and renews it's self with cell turnover, making before-bed the best time to use your most effective products. I have super dry and sensitive skin, so I try to get rid of any dead skin and hydrate my skin as much as I can so when I wake up, my skin is refreshed and soft. I always start off by cleansing my face with a cleaning balm (oil based) to remove and makeup or residue from the day. After that, I use a foaming cleanser with my Foreo to deep cleanse my skin and make sure there is no dirt left on my face. Twice a week, I will use a gentle exfoliator to really cleanse and soften my skin. After I am doing cleansing, I use a rose water spray on a cotton pad to put hydration back into my skin. Then the fun begins: balancing your skin with serums and creams. I use a treatment that will prevent acne, a serum that balances your skin (so amazing for those times when your skin is wack) and a liquid moisturizer to lock everything in.
